The injury must be\u00a0so serious it requires emergency room attention.\u00a0Should this award be officially recognized,\u00a0the Brigade HQ will disavow all knowledge\u00a0of said award.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Presented to Vice Admiral Marian Murphy, Commanding Officer, USS RACHEL GARRETT, in (Unofficial)\u00a0Recognition of VADM Murphy&#8217;s injury on duty\u00a0during The 2014 Starfleet International Conference in Rockford, Illinois. Vice Admrial Murphy\u00a0underwent two surgical repairs to her injury\u00a0and a protracted recovery following the incident, but remained an active and dedicated\u00a0Starfleet Officer, Region 3 Vice Regional Coordinator, and\u00a0Chapter Commanding Officer throughout the aftermath\u00a0of her injury.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Edward C..
