Vice Admiral Marian Murphy, Starfleet

This (unofficial) award is given to Marines (or non-marines because it’s Unofficial) who are seriously injured while on duty as a STARFLEET Marine (or non-marine, see above) during a STARFLEET or STARFLEET Marine event. The injury must be so serious it requires emergency room attention. Should this award be officially recognized, the Brigade HQ will disavow all knowledge of said award.

Presented to Vice Admiral Marian Murphy, Commanding Officer, USS RACHEL GARRETT, in (Unofficial) Recognition of VADM Murphy’s injury on duty during The 2014 Starfleet International Conference in Rockford, Illinois. Vice Admrial Murphy underwent two surgical repairs to her injury and a protracted recovery following the incident, but remained an active and dedicated Starfleet Officer, Region 3 Vice Regional Coordinator, and Chapter Commanding Officer throughout the aftermath of her injury.
